Day 2: Atlanta Game

We were so excited to go to a Atlanta Braves game.. and it was Presley's very 1st baseball game ever..so that was really fun to experience. She had a blast and loved doing the "wave" and the tomahawk chop was SO exciting for her! :)
It happened to be the hottest game of the year so far, and we made it to the 7th inning, and it was time for the 3 year old and pregnant mama to get some AC :)
Matt agreed.. althought thankfully we were able to move up to be under shade for most of the game, which was a lifesaver! Things sure change when you have children.. we were excited to move UP instead of down to watch the game. :)
The game was fun, and Presley was super excited when her Daddy bought her some popcorn!
At one point in the game, she looked at me and said,"Mommy, can I go down there on the field and play with those little boys?" lol! She is hilarious and doesn't even know it!
Loved enjoying this with my 2 loves.. and of course, Levi was with us, too :)
taken with the iphone:

She was a trooper and we will be taking her to more baseball games in the near future!

Her 1st time saying the Pledge of Allegiance :)

Gotta love her tomahawk chop in the upper left corner!

 Little Braves fan :)

Day 1: Atlanta

Matt and I decided to take a last minute trip to Atlanta with Presley a few weekends ago. It was so nice to just take a little break and see a different city! This was our last trip as a family of 3, and we really wanted it to be special for Presley.
Presley was SO excited! She asked us in the car if Atlanta was a boy or girl. lol!

Everyone said we HAD to go to Varsity to eat.. It must be the atmosphere, because the food wasn't that great.. Oh well, been there done that. Presley loved the hat they gave us! :)

I found coupons online, where you could get tickets to the Coca Cola Museum, the Aquarium, and a Braves game. Score.
We did pack in a lot for 2 days, and for me to be in the last leg of pregnancy, it was a little overwhelming. I am so glad we did it, and I hope she will cherish these memories forever!
The Coke Museum was fun.. we got to see the history and making of Coke..and taste test LOTS of different cokes from around the world.

Nashville Friends

We love Nashville in many ways. It really is such a great city to live in.
More than loving it, we have been super blessed with great friends. I have made lots of great girlfriends, and Presley has made so many sweet friends, too.
I can't even imagine when we do have to move again, how hard it will be.
I just don't think about it.
God has always provided us with great friendships and I can just pray no matter where we go it will continue.
Presley loves her little friend, Ben. He even calls her his girlfriend sometimes. Hilarious.
I took a few pics the other day of sweet Ben and his little brother, Joey. Presley and Ben just crack me up!

Just loved this one in Black and white:)
 Sweet Joe:)

A couple days ago, we had our sweet friends, Javen, Liam and baby Saige over to swim.
We love the McDaniel's! Presley gets SO excited to play with these 3!! It is so sweet to see her love on Saige.. makes me so excited about what's to come in a month!!

Liam..looking cool in his red hat!

Sweet baby Saige. I just LOVE this baby. I told Diane to just leave her with me.. didn't work:)
Best BUDDIES! Love these 2 pics!!

Today, we went to the Splash Pad at a park in Smyrna, about 25 min from our house. It was so much fun, although the kiddos got a little cold and didn't last as long as we thought. We will have to go back as it gets hotter. FREE and FUN. :) They also have picnic tables to bring a lunch :) Today, we went to Chili's afterwards.. and Presley and Taylor insisted on sitting next to each other.. so cute!
Excuse the crazy brightness of these.. it was in the middle of the day:) my least fav. time to take pictures. But, I still think they turned out cute.
Here's some of Presley and her friends, Noah, Taylor, and Wesley
Just love these of the water dumping on Presley :)
So Nashville is great.. but, the people they are the BEST! :)
