Presley's Baby Dedication

Tonight was a wonderful and emotional night! We had family over before church and at 5:15 we left for pictures with Dr. Gaines and his wife, Donna. As you can see, when taking pics with Presley's cake, she thought she might have a bite:) It was so nice to have family over and enjoy this special day! As we rushed around to get ready and get to church on time, I couldn't help but think how truely important today is-- Teaching Presley God's Word, and living our lives as an example is a huge responsiblity, but WOW, what a honor!! My prayer is that she will learn to love Jesus and others and make choices based on His will and most important to accept HIM as her Savior. I love this little girl with everything in me, but that is a choice that I can't make for her~ As her parents, Matt and I will do our part and continue our journey of constant prayer~
She did great-- and looked like a precious ANGEL!!!!!!!!!

7 months old..what a FUN month!!

7 months--
Presley and I have had a ton of fun this month.. she really is the sweetest baby-- and so FUNNY! As you can see in the pictures.. her and Mrs. Bear had alot of fun in this months photo shoot-- She is trying to crawl, no teeth yet.. but I can see them under the gums-- which causes random fussiness, eating finger food--such as gerber puffs, loves to go on walks, and hates naptime! She is however sleeping like a champ at night--8:30-8am.. is alright by me!!:)
This little girl is the sunshine of my life and I am so blessed to have her and Matthew as my little Sharp family!!
WE did take her on her 1st vacation to Hot Springs, Arkansas-- She did great!! It was a very nice 2 day getaway-- pics to come!

I got my Hair did:)

Was getting sick of having roots... so I went for it... My sister, Nikki spent the night.. and we had a hair coloring party-- We did the same color.. and it turned out pretty good for a box color, I think..$6.99 special!! Can't beat that!

Once Upon A Child.. oh how I love thee!

Just took some of Presley's clothes to sell back today-- It was 1 small box full and they bought back a lot of it-- so funny though, b/c some of the things I BOUGHT their, they didn't buy back-- too funny!!
With that being said, I made $24-- Yay... What was even more exciting was the 70% off sale they were having.. JACKPOT!!!!!!!!! I also found a brand new Snugli for $15-- some of the clothes I got for her today still had tags on them.. the carter onesies were BRAND NEW with tags all for $2.50!! WHAT, WHAT you might say?? That's what I'm talking about is what I said!! :)
So I get to the counter and guess how much I spent with my credit???

Presley 6 months

Ok, so here's the deal.. I promised myself I was going to stop spending all my time reading everyone's blogs.. and start getting better at doing my own!!

She loves to smile.. I mean LOVES it!! So happy that I have the "happiest baby on the block"- she really only gets fussy when she is super tired. oh and if we leave her in the nursery, and that is another story in itself!
She is loving her jumperoo, walks in the stroller, car rides, ANY FOOD-- not in the least bit picky-- YAY!), her daddy, Daisy-- our dog, bath time, and books-- we read every night-- that is our special time!!
Here's some recent pics.. oh and her sweet cousin Elise came to visit for the 4th-- they are 2 days apart and are the SAME in size-- it was so great to see the Griffith family:)

4 months flew by... now we are ending #5!!

Wow!! Time flies!!! I not completely understand why my parents always said we grew up so fast!!! Here are some pictures of my little sunshine from months 4- 5! We are having family pics (6 month) this Sunday- so excited!! Our 1st Mother's Day and Father's Day was WONDERFUL!! We are very blessed to have this little bundle of joy, Presley Ruth:)
