Fun with the Judd's

Today, was a great day.. We started off the morning at Pine Hills Park ( one of our favs.) with the Judd's.. Tiffany and I have become instant friends.. and Presley just adores her children, Avery, Tyson, and baby on the way! :) As soon as we got out of the car, Presley RAN to the sprinklers.. she LOVES it!! In fact, she didn't want to leave them, until she saw the swings.. We only stayed for a little while b/c it was pretty hot..and we had to get to Carmax to trade in the Armada.. Bittersweet.. but, I LOVE my Honda.. it is just so much easier to get in and out of.. saves lots of $ on gas.. loving the leather and sunroof..and if I ever need a bigger car.. I'll just drive Matt's demo.

Great finds and more

So.. anyone that knows me.. knows I love a great deal! Here are a few of my recent great finds..
I found these Little Golden Books at a thrift store near me.. They were only $1 each..and the lady threw in a few extras ( see I have two of the same one) which I am giving to my new sweet friend, Tiffany..who loves them just like I do.. So I got them all for $4!
~I love that I found The Monster at the End of the book.. because I had this one when I was little..

Miss Presley has very wide feet... we are having trouble finding shoes.. So I was super excited to find these! They fit perfect--and she is now a size 6!! Wish I would have bought them in other colors.. They were on sale $4.99! SCORE!

I am also thinking about ideas for my bday coming up.. Well, its in August, but I keep thinking about getting new bedding.. I just can't choose which one.. I love #1! plus it all comes together ( bedding in a bag) I really want blue/brown to go with all my bedroom decor..but I do love #2 as well..and I think it would look ok with the decor I have up..#3- I really like, but I have a all chocolate coverlet a lot like it already...hmmmm decisions, decisions! SO maybe I should just ask for a Northface jacket, instead! Ha.. see this is why I plan ahead!

Presley's Room

Ok, so I need your help.. P's first nursery was light yellow.. which, was ok.. but it never really made the furniture POP.. so I am going to paint a different color in our new place... Poor thing has a super WHITE room.. and white furniture, too.. It needs some color.. Here are some pics.. sorry for the mess, and lack of things on the wall... want to paint first. I am going to hang 2 sweet smocked dresses on each side of the round mirror... Not sure about about the crib.. was thinking about a name decal.. suggestions are welcome!! :)

Just some new pics

Bye Bye Mr. Armada

So, today I went to get the Armada appraised.. It is something Matt and I have been talking about for a few months now. We got the SUV when prices where really great..and thought it would be great to have a big car with Presley and traveling. It has been nice.. love all the room, etc.
However, I have never liked the cloth seats ( they are easily stained)..guess I was pretty spoiled with leather..lol.. and since Matt is getting a demo in a month--we can drive an SUV, car, truck whatever fits his mood for that month. He has to change it monthly. SO, if we need a bigger car/suv for traveling we will have it. Plus, gas is a killer in the Armada. So, I am very excited!! Also, we are POSITIVE in the Armada.. God has been so good this year and really blessed us!! Who makes $ when they sell a car? Crazy!
So I am probably getting one of these again. THE Honda Accord. Isn't she a beauty?! :)
.. Super happy! It only has 33k miles, leather, sunroof, and MY FAV. booty warmers for the winter--I think I will really LOVE those for this cold weather in OHIO!
I also, LOVE the gray.. My Armada was white.. and it was never me.. I am much more of a Black/gray/blue kinda girl...

And when we get a demo..it will be endless options.

Memphis Trip

Sleeping, no Tanning Beauty. lol

Well, Presley and I just got back from Memphis yesterday.. It was so great to see family and friends! We were in town a little over a week.. and it was FUN! However, I do not miss the HOT summers, nor the horrible drivers... I really am starting to LOVE Ohio more and more!! If only I could move all my favorite people here! :)
Presley and I got to see all the grandparents and several of my close friends.. also, got to hang out with my fav. sister in the world, Nikki. :)
We were able to spend the 4th with family. Good times!
WE sure did MISS Matt, though.. maybe next time we came all come as a family.
Here are just a few pics of the wonderful vaca.. I left my memory card in Memphis.. BUMMER. So I will just post a few. Enjoy.
Oh, and while we were in town.. Presley got to have her 18month checkup with Dr. Miller.YAY!
She is 27lbs, 33 inches! TALKING up a storm!! Saying YES, a bunch and nodding her head! Also, sings the tune of her ABCs.. it is precious! I just LOVE her to pieces!
Also, she did GREAT on the plane ride--we got bumped on the first flight.. and had to go back home, and made the afternoon one.. She was such a trooper. I am BLESSED!
