Reds Date Night

The other day.. Matt's parents came to visit for a few days.. It was soo nice having family in..It really makes living in a different state easier..when we have people come see us :)
Matt won tickets through work to see the Reds play.. We were super excited to have a date night..just the two of us.. So they put P to bed..and we went to the game.
It was long overdue! We had so much fun..and so glad we could have a night for just us! It was an amazing game.. they won in the 10th inning! Love close games! Love going to baseball games.. not a big fan of watching them on TV.. but, LOVE being at an actually game.. And since my fav. color happens to be Red.. Well, this was an easy team for me to root for! :)



Before we left for the game.. I made a birthday cake for Matt (since his bday was the day before) Big 29! I made a yellow cake with chocolate icing..his fav... we sang happy birthday..and P loved every min. of it! She helped her daddy blow out the candle, too.. ( more like tried to touch it:)
