Good Times!

We have had a great week!! Matt was in Nashville all week and weekend! Presley has really been enjoying her pool.. she LOVES to be outside, and asks to swim daily :) I am so glad she is enjoying it, and its nice to be at home sometimes and swim.

Matt and I really love this little place in downtown Franklin, called Puckett's.. so we went back Sat mid day. Matt had the yummy breakfast buffett, and I had a cheeseburger and fries.. IT WAS A GREAT BURGER!!! I looked on the wall and saw that it was voted #1 in lots of things.. Matt and I got dessert..he got the blueberry cobbler with ice cream..YUM! I have the chocolate chess pie with whipped cream on top.. WOW, it was GOOD!!!!!Must stop there if you are ever in Nashville!

Then we went rug shopping, and found one we really liked at Lowes. Pretty excited, to find one that goes with everything. I also, have been spraying painting everything in sight. I am pretty happy with how things are starting to come together in our sweet little new place. It is very cozy, which I LOVE!
We also got locked out of the house..BOO! $$$$ later, we got back in. So lesson learned, get spare keys made, ASAP!
We also had some yummy Mexican food at this great place within walking distance called Las Palmas. SUPER good! I think I could eat Mexican every other day, and my little girl LOVES it, too! She ate as much as me! :)
We hated to see Matt leave again, but, excited he will be returning in a couple of days..then he goes to Knoxville, and we are going to one of my FAVORITE places on earth.. the Smoky Mountains with Matt's family.. so excited.. Such a relaxing place. And it will be our first time to stay in Matt's parents new house:)

Matt grilled out Friday night, and Presley asked me to take some pics of her :) 1st time for her to ASK!

Matt also put together a special birthday present from Grammie and Pop Pop.. We wanted to wait until we got in our new place, so it wouldn't get damaged in the move.. Presley was SOOOO excited!! I was, too.. because it helps organize her toys! I can't wait to get the playroom all organized and decorated! I also can't wait to see her open gifts this Christmas as excited as she got! :)

Here is a taste at my spray painting adventures: I ran out of paint, so I will finish it soon.. but, for now.. MUCH better than the cherry red it was!! 

 I am falling in LOVE with this color!!! I am doing yellows and blues in the kitchen... so more pics to come :)
