My sweet Neighborhood :)

First off, I want to start by saying how great it is to see God 's hand on our little family.

As soon as we moved to Ohio last year, and since we have moved to Nashville this year.. I have seen how God provides. He has blessed us with great areas to live, and some AMAZING friends!! I made some lifelong friends in Ohio, and at times, Matt and I both really MISS it!!
We found a wonderful church, great MOPS and Bible Study groups, and Presley made so many sweet friends. It was hard leaving, which I never thought would happen when we left Memphis.
I prayed as soon as I found out we were moving to Nashville, that God would put us just where HE wanted us, esp. with Matt traveling so much.
I wanted it to be safe, but more than that I wanted it to feel like home. After looking at MANY houses, it was the only one that "stuck out." Matt and I both just knew.

After being here for just 3 months, we moved to the GREATEST neighborhood I could have imagined! We are renting a townhouse (villa) because we aren't sure how long we will be here.. but, we are loving it!! We can walk to Kroger, Subway, a hamburger place, A GREAT MEXICAN place, starbucks, sushi place, etc. They do neighborhood block parties, and movie night on the lawn once a month.. These things are great.. But, the main thing I prayed for is to find other Christian moms.
My prayer was answered!!
We even have a facebook group, where we can plan events, playdates, etc. ITS SO GREAT!!! We also have found a great Church, we are really loving called Fellowship.. And some of the girls in the neighborhood also go there.. Almost too good to be true!!
I love that one of the girls told me the other day she wasn't worried about where someone got there purse or shoes, she wanted quality friendships instead.. LOVE HER!!

We had a FUN Water Playdate in the common area the other day... where the kiddos got to play and the mommies got to hang out and talk.. Looking forward to the next one! Presley had a BLAST!!

I am just loving what God is doing with our family here in Nashville.. Hoping to start a MOPS with some of the girls in neighborhood in the fall-spring..and thinking about putting Presley in a dance class once a week, and Awana class at a Church in Franklin, too. Lots of exciting things.. Matt is still liking his new job, and we are still just thankful for the time we do get with him! Super excited to take my baby girl to see her 1st movie this weekend, "Winnie the Pooh." I can't believe she is growing up so fast!!!

On a totally different note, I am about to start reading this book.. 

I don't know about you other moms, but sometimes going through this 2 year old stage, my patience can grow thin.. I have heard great things about it..and even though I don't feel angry most days, I thought it would be a good read and help me with going to God's word for it when I do.
