Well, we have been super busy the past week.. and I am LOVING it.. I like to have lots of things on the calendar.. Don't get me wrong.. I love days at home, too..Just not too many in a row! ha! So, we LOVED Parky's farm.. it was so much fun.. until the end.
Presley and I went into the "petting zoo" area and it was so much fun.
At first.
Then we went over to this pig ( boar, meany, whatever you would like to call him) and it all went downhill. He was minding his own business.. eating his own grass.. and Presley gets down next to him..and starts pulling up grass ( guess, she wanted to be like Mr. Boar) Anyways, fast as lighting he nudged her.. I screamed.. she CRIED! DRAMA at the farm!!
After we got home, I noticed a strap on her ear.. Mr. Mean Pig got Presley. Poor thing.. Mom of the year award...goes right here! I felt HORRIBLE! But, we were in a petting zoo!! Lesson Learned.. no petting pigs, ever! This was taken right before the attack! :)
Our sweet little friend, Lily.. She is a doll! And she always looks at the camera! :)
Grandmommy and Granddad also came to visit.. We loved having them for the weekend.. We went to eat, went to Jungle Jim's Market.. and on the last day made it over to one of my favorite parks..Pine Hills.. It was PERFECT weather this weekend.. We were also excited to have Daddy all weekend, too! We love it when he is off work! :) She loves this park..We even let P get in the sprinklers with her clothes on.. She was in heaven! Here are a few pics of our weekend..
Lets just say, there were many tears shed when we had to take her away from this sprinkler heaven.. We promised we would be back.. many times! :) And with a face like that.. How could I not!??
