Things...

We have a DADDY's GIRL.. this is for sure! She loves him.. and I love just watching the two of them-- how could you not, when he shares his phone and his chocolate chip cookie!? :)

I had a pretty great day with my little gal.. We started the morning, just hanging out.. then went to Target..then headed to the park..but, boy its getting HOT.. I was kindof wishing we would have gone swimming instead! :) WE did pick up some of these so we CAN go swimming NOW, YIPPEE!!!
I really missed home today.. I guessed it really hit me when my mom came and went.. That I am here to stay.. Days like today, I miss my family, my church, and my friends.. I LOVED my moms bible study.. I miss it! I can't wait to get involved in another one.. but, now I have to have childcare... I am just praying that God points me in the right direction. To find the perfect fit!

I am reading most nights.. here's what I am reading at the moment.. Funny how your reading changes when you have children. :) yes, I am reading them both!

I also joined a meetup moms group in the area..They are mostly from Maineville and Mason.. and a lot have younger kiddos.. They plan weekly events and you make as many as you can--Suzy asked me to join it with her.. and it is a great way to get out of the house-ya know what I mean, jellybean! lol
SO, tommorrow I am VERY excited.. because the meetup group is going to Parky's farm.. I can't wait to take P! She LOVES animals.. and farm animals are just the best! ;) Here are some pics I found online...I will have to take my camera for more!
Also, tommorrow Grandmommy and Granddad are coming to visit.. YAY! WE are just super excited!!

For those of you who forgot who Wilbur is, let me remind you.. This is one of my absolute FAVORITE books/movie as a child.. I gotta get a copy for Miss P.. I think she will love it, too! What are some of your childhood favorites?
