So lately, she has been starting with the Temper Tantrums.. OH my goodness.. is it hard for ME!
Today, we went to the park.. It is a pretty big place, with a big playground and a sprinkler area. Usually she stays right at the sprinklers.. NOT today!! We went with a friend, Suzy and her little girl, Lily..Sweet Lily just started walking and was just amazed at the sprinklers.. So of course, she was sweet as pie! Standing right beside her mommy, smiling at every picture I snapped, a little ANGEL..
Presley on the other was running through the playground like a MAD woman on a mission..
to get as far away from me as possible.. and when hearing words like, "Come here".. acted as if she had never laid eyes on me.
It was somewhat embarrassing when I went to hold her hand to lead her back, she pulled away and ran off.. then when I had to pick her up.. she screams--hitting and kicking.. The hitting has to stop.. so she got a time out.. where I had to hold her telling her, "NO mam, we don't act like this!" All for her to get back up and go again!! Then when it was time to go.. it was horrible.. I put her in the stroller to see the ducks and she was like a bucking bull.. fighting and crying the whole way.. Thankfully, when we got to the ducks, she calmed down some! This is such a hard age, I know she is officially entering the Terrible Twos..BOOO!
I love taking her to the park, but days like today she makes it hard. I hate being mean mommy, but, she has to understand their are consequences in life for bad behavior. Here are some pics of the wild and crazy day.. we did have fun.. it was just a little testing at times! lol

Sorry for the horrible lighting .. At one point, she ran off and got in this little area with some random kids.. I had to take a picture.. she was just staring at them..like.. Hey, kids want to play with me.. My mom is chasing me all over the park.. but, no worries..

At this point, I just let her play and have fun.. she wasn't listening to me.. and with all the people.. way to many distractions.. so we played on the slides.. wet bathing suit and all!
On a very happy note, I love my new stylist here! My sweet husband watched P the other day for me to go get my hair done.. I love the blonde for summer! May get some lowlights for the fall.. She is just great! Love Love Love her!
