Grandmommy and Granddad came to visit..

We had such a great few days.. Grandmommy and Granddad came to see us for a few days.. Presley was so excited to see them.. I just love it when she is awake and a visitor comes up to our sliding glass door-- She was about to jump out of her skin! lol
We were just so glad to see them.. I made a roast in the crockpot.. My BigMama's recipe.. it turned out really good.. I just wanted them to have a hot meal after all that driving! We ate and hung out.. then the next day we went to the park, had lunch at a place called First Watch (it is really good) and then took P to Jack's Aquarium and Pet Store ( she loved the fish!)
before heading home for naps.
That night, they were sweet enough to watch P so we could go on a date. Matt and I had so much fun! We ate dinner at Pappadeaux's then went to see a movie. It was so great to not have to worry about Presley and enjoy ourselves.
Matt also got his demo this past weekend.. so we were having fun in a BMW for the night.. and listening to our new favorite CD..Jason Derulo..so fun! We had to stop by UDF on the way home and pick up milkshakes.. It was a must! :)
I just love have family and friends come visit.. It makes it so much easier to be away. I really MISS them so much.. but, at the same time have fallen IN LOVE with Ohio.. never in a million years would I think I could love a new place so much.. but, I am.. And the new friends I am making.. is really AMAZING! I feel like I have known some of these people forever! God has been so good.. and I can't stop thanking him for his mercy and grace. The other day when saying our bedtime prayers.. Presley and I thanked him for our new adventure in Ohio...it is just crazy that I was saying that prayer..but, so AWESOME at the same time! :) Here are some pics of our fun week so far.. also, P was in a kissing mood one night.. I think we all got 10 kisses! It was so funny, and so sweet!
